David M. Dick was born January 6, 1951, and departed this life Wednesday, December 27, 2023, reaching the age of 72 years. He was the son of (the late) Cecil and Beulah (Roberts) Dick.

He married Georgia Keith and to this union, 2 children were born.

He is survived by his wife, Georgia Dick; 2 daughters, Angela (Randy) Burton and Amy (Shannon) Dishman; 3 brothers, Paul Dick, Phillip Dick, and Tim Dick; 1 sister, Martha Ballou; 5 grandchildren, Mariah (Coty) Lair, Owen Griffin, Hannah Griffin, Kelsie Dishman, and Landon Dishman; 2 great-grandchildren, Bentlee Lair and Elleigh Lair; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by 1 sister, Janie Dick.

David accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of Big Sinking Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Friday, December 29, 2023, between 11 am – 2 pm in the funeral home chapel.  Funeral services will be held Friday, December 29, 2023, at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Isaac Tucker Cemetery.
