David Dennis was born February 11, 1969 and departed this life Wednesday, June 15, 2022 reaching the age of 53 years. He was the son of the late Howard and Pearl (Bridgeman) Dennis.

He is survived by: one daughter, LaTosha Bates; and two grandchildren, Kanzas and Nichole Crabtree. He is also survived by: two brothers, Joe Dennis and Rocky Dennis; and five sisters, Jewell Turner, Eula Jean Catron, Betty Mounce, Arlene Newman and Patricia Carroll; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Howard and Pearl Dennis, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronnie Dennis and Brook Dennis.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 17, 2022 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 18, 2022 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
