Obituary
David Glen Crabtree was born August 13, 1968 and departed this life Sunday, October 28, 2012 reaching the age of 44. He was the son of Phillip and Lila (Martin) Crabtree.
He is survived by: his parents, Phillip and Lila Crabtree; 1 daughter, Samantha Crabtree; and 1 son, Devan Crabtree. He is also survived by: 7 brothers, Richie, Chad, Matthew, Brock, Adam, Shane, and Mark Crabtree; and 3 sisters, Terina Dodd, Tammy Curtis, and Sheila Yates; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends on Friday, November 2, 2012 from 11 am in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Friday, November 2, 2012 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Tracy Humble officiating. Burial will be in Dodson Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to:
