Darrell Simpson, age 68 years old passed away at his home February 24, 2019.  He was born to Arnold Eugene Simpson and Louise Marie Brown Simpson on August 21, 1950.

He is survived by 2 daughters, Margina (Sam) Guffey and Samantha (Jordan) Gregory; 4 grandchildren, Haley and Elijah Guffey, Levi and Natalie Jones; and 2 step grandchildren, Bella and Lucas Gregory; He is also survived by his father, Arnold Eugene Simpson; 1 sister, Margaret Hammond; and 2 brothers, David Ray Simpson, Sr.  and Danny Eugene Simpson, Sr.; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 31 years, Delia Frances Simpson, his mother, Louise Marie Simpson and a nephew, David Arnold Bell.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Roger's Grove Cemetery
