Obituary
Darlene Herb was born June 9, 1959 and departed this life Saturday, February 25, 2012 having reach the age of 52 years. She's the daughter of the late Dillard & Callie (Franklin) Poore.
She is survived by:
Her husband, Arthur Herb; 4 brothers, Paul, James, Carl, & Freddy Poore; 3 sisters, Margie Poore, Lois June Barger, & Reba Hardwick; as well as a host of family and friends that mourn her passing.
She's preceded in death by:
Her parents, Dillard and Callie Poore; and 3 sisters, Shirley Harper, Ella Mae Parmley, & Betty Hicks.
She was a loving wife, sister, relative, and friend that will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation will be Tuesday, February, 28, 2012 after 5pm in the funeral home chapel.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, February 29, 2012, at 1pm at the funeral home with Bro. Roy Gregory officiating.
Burial will be in the Cabell Grove Cemetery.
The family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Darlene Herb Memorial Funds c/o the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
