Danny Sexton was born February 21, 1951 and departed this life Monday, February 25, 2019 reaching the age of 68 years. He was the son of the late Jess and Bernice (Doss) Sexton.

He is survived by: his wife, Catha Sexton; four sons, Chad Sexton, Anthony Bell, Kerry Pyles, and Jordan Pyles; one daughter, Lana McGinnis; 10 grandchildren. He is also survived by: Ronnie Sexton, Jimmy Sexton and Phyllis Denney; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Jess and Bernice Sexton, he was preceded in death by:  two sisters, Sue Bullock and Ann Johnson.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 1, 2019 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
