Daisy Lyons Feltner was born February 18, 1953, and departed this life June 6, 2023, reaching the age of 70 years. She was the daughter of the late Tommy Gregory and Rachel (Vaughn) Gregory Jones and step father, Wolford Jones.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory; three sons, Thomas (Julie) Lyons, William (Jaqulynn) Lyons and Matthew (Kathie) Lyons; nine grandchildren, Jasmine Lyons, Damon Lyons, Sebastian Lyons, Marissa (Jesse) Sims, Hunter Lyons, Courtney Strunk, Kaithlynn Kiera Lyons, Khloe Lyons, and Whitney Lyons; twelve great grandchildren, Emberly and Atlas Lyons, Avery Mink Lyons, Hazleny Mae Lyons, Alexander Kade Sims, Anakin Kile Sims, Peyton and Traceyn Perry, Adailyn and Waylon Massengale, Easton Strunk and Laiklyn Bryant; and one sister, Gleta (Rocky) Jones; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Roy Lyons; three brothers, J.C. Gregory, Rexel "Rex" Gregory, and John Gregory; and four sisters, Cleta Vaughn, Ella Mae Gregory, Geneva Gregory, and Pansy Jones.

She was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church.

The family will receive friends on Friday, June 9, 2023, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in the Bud Gregory Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: the Daisy Feltner Memorial Fund, c/o Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home.
