Curtis Stearns was born December 11, 1926 and departed this life on Saturday afternoon, June 22, 2019 having reached the age of 92 years.  He was the son of the late Curty Marcus and Zelma "Mann" Stearns.

He married Judy Frances Richardson, and to this union three children were born.

He is survived by: his three children, Jerry (Melissa) Stearns, Mickey (Twyla) Stearns, and Sherry Jeffers; 8 grandchildren, Brandi, Brittany, Kensey, Jessica, Corey, Candi, Jordan, and Sean; and 4 great-grandchildren, June, Jack, Ryan, and Aubree.

In addition to his parents, Curty & Zelma Stearns, he was proceeded in death by: his wife Judy Stearns; three brothers, Luther, Lonnie, and James Stearns; and two sisters, Mary Simpson and Betty Lou Bell.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, from 11am-1pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home.  A graveside service will follow the visitation on Tuesday at 2pm at the Pine Grove Cemetery in Albany, Kentucky.
