Cressel C. Brown was born February 13, 1932 and departed this life Thursday, April 11, 2019 reaching the age of 87 years. He was the son of the late James Ortley and Sallie (McKee) Brown.

He is survived by: his wife, Eileen (Wilson) Brown; 2 daughters, Krista Muse of Bronston and Sandy Russell of Russell Springs; 5 Grandchildren; 11 Great-Grandchildren; 2 Great-Great-Grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: 3 brothers, Orville, Doyle and Kenneth Brown; and 2 sisters, Margie Dobbs & Della Lemmon.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 13, 2019 after 12 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 2 pm at the Mill Springs Christian Church Cemetery with burial to follow.
