COZA HANCOCK TURNER was born September 16, 1935 and departed this life April 13, 2005 reaching the age of 69 years. She was the daughter of George Hancock and Maggie Hicks Turner.

She is survived by her son, Arvie Turner of Molene, IL; two daughters, Darlene Pyles and Linda Turner both of Monticello, KY; one step son, Roger Kennedy; five step daughters, Diane Evans, Gladys Thurman, Brenda Kennedy, Linda Hicks and Maxine Looper; seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren. She is also survived by one brother, J. E. Hancock of Indiana; and one sister, Glenna Catron of Monticello, KY.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Maggie Turner; six brothers, Robert, Loren, Newall, Dexter, Cleamon, and Eldon Hancock; and three sisters, Gertie Denney, Ruby Raines, and Headie Peavie.

She was a loving mother, step mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Visitation: Friday, April 15 after 5 pm and Saturday, April 16 after 8 am
Funeral Service: Saturday, April 16 at 1 pm
Interment: Edwards Chapel Cemetery
