Connie Roper was born October 17, 1948 and departed this life Tuesday, April 9, 2013 reaching the age of 64. She was the daughter of the late Ira Lee and Betty (Gibbs) Cundiff.

She is survived by: 2 daughters, Jennifer Adams and Amanda Simpson; and 5 grandchildren, Braden, Macie, and Ashton Adams, Gavin and Dylan Simpson. She is also survived by: her fiancé, Johnny Rowlee; and 1 sister, Sherry Barnes; along with several nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends on Friday, April 12, 2013 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 13, 2013 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Bell and Bro. Byron Creech officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
