Obituary
Clyde Denney was born March 20, 1934 and departed this life Tuesday, March 26, 2013 reaching the age of 79. He was the son of the late Obie and Gertie (Hancock) Denney.
He is survived by: his wife, Marie (Hurt) Denney; 3 brothers, Fred, Norman, and Thomas Denney; 1 sister, Ina Hilman; numerous nephews and nieces; tons of cousins; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends on Friday, March 29, 2013 from 4 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 30, 2013 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home with Bro. Eric Chriswell, Bro. Ernest Mann, and Bro. Leroy Hammond officiating. Burial will be in Edwards Cemetery.
