Clifford K. Harris, better known as Bill, passed away March 15th, 2026, at his home in Parnell, at the age of 82.  He was the son of the late Jack and Edna Turner Harris.

He was married to Glenna Parmley Harris for 63 years and to this union three children were born:  Belinda (Terry) Cooper, Cameron (Jonia) Harris and Kelly Harris.

Bill was preceded in death by his mother, father, son Kelly, one sister  Glenna Tucker, and one brother Carl Harris. He has two surviving siblings, Curtis (Carolyn) Harris and Linda Garner. He is also survived by a host of grandkids and great grandkids.

Bill never knew a stranger. He drove a school bus, worked at Stardust Cruisers, and farmed because he loved it. He was known for his friendly smile, his great sense of humor, his willingness to help neighbors and his passion for farming.  He was dedicated to his family and friends.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, March 19, 2026,   at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
