Obituary
Charlotte "Tizzie" Stearns Stringer was born January 4th, 1937 in Wayne County, Kentucky and departed this life Monday, May 19th, 2003, reaching the age of 66 years. She was the daughter of the late Absolom Stearns and Sara Vogler Stearns.
She is survived by her husband Orl Stringer, four daughters-Gina Ramsey, Virginia "Bo" Morrow, Janet Cummings and Sandy Clark, all of Monticello, KY. She is survived by eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
She is also survived by two brothers-Jack and Joe Stearns, both of Louisville, KY, along with several relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Tuesday, May 20th in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Wednesday, May 21st at 1 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
