Charlie D. Foster was born June 26, 1941 and departed this life Saturday, March 19, 2022 reaching the age of 80 years. He was the son of the late Alfred and Ett (Shelton) Foster.

He is survived by: his wife, Martha Foster; five children, Kathy Condreay, Sandra Sue Daniels, Terry & Jennifer Foster, Martha (Bun) Foster, Charlie & Twyla Foster; one brother, Edison aka Doodlebug; 17 grandchildren; 33+ great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Alfred and Ett Foster, he was preceded in death by: one son, Virgil Foster; brothers, Jimbo, Junior, and Lester Foster; sisters, Hazel, VernaLee, Lexi, and Sarah.

The family will receive friends on Friday, March 25, 2022 between 11 am – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Friday, March 25, 2022 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the New Sandusky Cemetery.
