Obituary
Charles Frazier Newcomb was born October 14, 1928, and departed this life Saturday, June 17, 2023, reaching the age of 94 years. He was the son of the late Frazier and Charlsie (Wood) Newcomb.
He is survived by: his wife, Emma Smith-Newcomb; one daughter, Becca Newcomb; one stepson, Roger E. Smith, II; and one granddaughter, Renee Lynn Pass; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
There will be no public service.
Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
