Obituary
Cecil Ray Koger was born April 25, 1938 and departed this life Tuesday, May 19, 2015 reaching the age of 77 years. He was the son of the late Odie and Dempie (Gregory) Koger.
He married Carolyn Hughes on March 9, 1968 and to this union one child was born.
He is survived by: his wife, Carolyn Koger; one daughter, Lisa Lowe; one granddaughter, LaNisha Phillips; and four sisters, Dorothy Tucker, Lucille Jones, Helen Kaser, and Lilly Middleton; along with a host of nieces and nephews, family and friends who mourn his passing.
In addition to his parents, Odie and Dempie Koger, he was preceded in death by: two brothers, Ralph and Paul Koger; three sisters, Alta Koger, Plina Slavens, and Vela Hicks.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 21, 2015 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 22, 2015 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the New Sandusky Cemetery.
