Obituary
CARL BOYDSTON was born March 16, 1926 and departed this life March 17, 2006 reaching the age of 80 years. He was the son of Harvey Boydston and Etta Tyler.
He was united in marriage to Gladys Huffaker Ramsey.
He is survived by his wife, Gladys Boydston of Monticello, KY; two sons, Richard H. (Thelma) Ramsey and Van A. (JoAnn) Ramsey both of Monticello, KY; and seven grandchildren, Richie Ramsey, Taunya Ramsey, Nathan Ramsey, Audry Barran, Cassie Ramsey, Barbara Mathew, and Virginia Carrender; and sixteen great grandchildren. He is also survived by three sisters, Irene Thompson of Sutherlin, OR, Betty Smith of Beggs, OK, and Dorothy Stewart of Richmond, IN; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Etta Boydston; one son, James E. Ramsey; one brother, Donald Boydston; and one sister, Elsie Newharth.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.
Visitation: Monday, March 20th between 5 - 9 pm
Funeral Service: Tuesday, March 21st at 2 pm
Interment: Stop Cemetery
