Callie Lee Poore was born August 1, 1916 and departed this life February 20, 2004 reaching the age of 87. She was the daughter of Sam Franklin and Georgia Weston Franklin.

She was united in marriage on May 28, 1938 to Dillard Poore, who preceded her in death.

She is survived by ten children:

Lois and Harold Barge of St. Bernard, OH

Reba and Ronald Hardwick of Georgetown, KY

Darlene and Arthur Herb of Monticello, KY

Carl and Bertie Poore of Monticello, KY

23 grandchildren and 38 grandchildren

She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, two daughters, Etta Mae Parmley and Betty Lou Hicks; one brother, Claude Weston; and one sister, Helen Russell.

She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

Funeral Service: Monday, February 23 at 10 AM
Interment: Cabell Grove Cemetery
