Brian Mullins was born November 23, 1975 and departed this life Monday, July 19, 2021 reaching the age of 45 years. He was the son of the late Ray Malloy and Janet (Collins) Mullins.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: his wife, Crysta Mullins; two sons, Brian "Keith" Mullins, II and Anthony "Chance" Mullin; one granddaughter, Sylvia Grace Mullins; and two brothers, Sammy Ray Mullins and Mark Dewayne Mullins; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 22, 2021 at 1 pm at the Mullins Family Cemetery with burial to follow.
