Brenda Ragan Sexton was born August 13, 1963 and departed this life Sunday, November 3, 2019 reaching the age of 56 years. She was the daughter of the late Carl "Curly" and Alta Lee (Perdue) Ragan.

She is survived by: her husband, Rev. Bobby Sexton; three sons, Tyler King, Matthew Sexton, and Elijah Sexton; one daughter, Casey Harris; and 10 grandchildren with 1 on the way. She is also survived by three brothers, Jeff Ragan, Dwight Kendrick and Carl Kendrick; one sister, Carla Suttles; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
