Bonnie Franklin Cooper was born February 17, 1925 and departed this life Saturday, April 07, 2012 reaching the age of 87 years. She was the daughter of the late William Odell and Bascal Mae (Watson) Cooper.

She is survived by: 1 son, Harold Cooper; 1 sister, Flonnie Cooper; 2 brothers, Johnnie (Anna) Cooper of Monticello, KY and Robert Cooper of Cleveland, OK; 1 aunt, Mallie Criswell; and 1 uncle, Elmer Watson. She is also survived by: nieces, Janie (Dewey) Flynn, Betty Leatherman, Nadine (Earl) Kelsay, Janice (Stevie) Stephens, Jean (Woody) Doepel Bressler, Beverly (Robert) Chody, Carolyn (Scott) Abbott, and Deborah (Jordan) Hicks; and nephews, Johnnie Wayne (Andrea), Timothy (Mitzi), Tony (Connie), Terry (Belinda), Gary, and Darryl (Lila) Cooper; Jack (Wilma), and Joe Slagle; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, William and Bascal Cooper, she was preceded in death by: 4 sisters, Irene, Faye Lorene, and Ollie Cooper, and Marie Slagle.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 10th from 9 am – 9 pm, Wednesday, April 11th from 8 am – 9 pm, and Thursday, April 12th from 8 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 12, 2012 at 2 pm at the Sandusky Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. Anson Perkins officiating. Burial will be in Old Sandusky Church Cemetery.
