Bobby Lowe was born September 12, 1956, and departed this life Saturday, November 11, 2023, reaching the age of 67 years. He was the son of the late James "Chester" and Nell (Dishman) Lowe.

He is survived by: five children, Jennifer Gunter (Kenneth), Loretta Ramirez, Kenny Lowe, Robert Lowe, and Shannon Pryor (Travis); seven grandchildren, Mercedes Gunter, Cody Apgar (Brittany), Melanie Ramirez, Welsey Ramirez, Hannah Pryor, Owen Pryor, and Aubree Pryor; and three great grandchildren, Stella, Jeffrey and Brexlynn Apgar.

He is also survived by:  two brothers, Jimmy Lowe (Joyce) and Johnny Lowe (Sheila); and two sisters, Judy Dobbs (Terry) and Linda Carter (Joe); along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 16, 2023, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, November 16, 2023, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Dishman Cemetery.
