Bobby Lair was born April 7, 1938 and departed this life September 21, 2003 reaching the age of 66 years. He was the son of the late Charles Robert Lair and Ethel Slagle Lair.

He is survived by his wife – Edna "Grace" Lair, 3 sons – Charles, Billy and Michael, 7 daughters – Lynn Corder, Beverly Thomas Debbie Worley, Peggy Piercy, Edna Craig, Camellia Bertram, and Lisa Troxell and 1 sister – Mary Ann Dishman, 16 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren

He was preceded in death by his father and 1 sister – Sharon Wilkerson.

He was a loving husband, father, son, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.


Visitation: The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 23 between the hours of 4:00 and 9:00 pm
Funeral Service: Funeral services will be Wednesday, September 24 at 10:00 am
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
