Bobby Criswell, age 69 of Monticello, KY, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Golden Years Nursing Home.

He was born April 2, 1950 in Monticello, KY; the son of the late Gilbert Lloyd and Cecil Elna (Eaton) Criswell.

He is survived by: his wife, Yvonne Criswell; 2 daughters, Karen (Stewart) York and Kristi (Bobby) Upchurch; 4 grandchildren, Brett & A.J. York and Brayden & Brenen Upchurch; 1 sister, Brenda Sue Upchurch; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: 2 brothers, Dewey and Dillard Criswell; and 2 sisters, Josie Perkins and Ollie Campbell.

He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, November 17, 2019 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, November 18, 2019 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Campbell, Bro. Clyde Adkins and Bro. Darrell Ragan officiating. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
