Billy Ray Pittman was born November 29, 1968, and departed this life Saturday, April 26, 2025, reaching the age of 56 years. He was the son of the late Cephas and Treva (Piercy) Pittman.

He is survived by: his wife, Jennifer Pittman; three sons, Arin Pittman (Faith), Kalep Pittman, and bonus son, Jesse West (Nicholas); one daughter, Ashlee Barnett; and grandchildren, Waylon Barnett, Lane Barnett, Maddie Barnett, William Pittman, Loveleen Pittman, Weston Hyserman, and another on the way. He is also survived by:  one brother, Cecil Pittman; and one sister, Susan Adams; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, Cephas and Treva Pittman, he was preceded in death by: one brother, Roy Kay Pittman; and two sisters, Faye Burton and Clara Preat.

He will be sadly missed by all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Monday, May 5, 2025, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 6, 2025, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
