Billy Dwayne Morgan was born April 20, 1968 and departed this life Sunday, April 9, 2017 reaching the age of 48 years. He was the son of Billy Joe (Mary Anne) Morgan and Kathy Kennedy Easterly.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by: one son, Dillon Wayne (Kayla Lamb) Morgan; one daughter, Racheal Dawn Morgan (Tony) Smedley; 5 grandchildren, Brooklyn and Shelby Smedley, Jackson, Carter, and Alannah Morgan; one sister, Lisa Morgan (J.B.) Powell; brother, Rick (Stephanie Southard) Morgan, two step-brothers Robert and James Meece; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 after 10am in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
