Billy Correll was born October 1, 1951 and departed this life Friday, October 22, 2010 reaching the age of 59. He was the son of the late Carl and Dorothy (Winchester) Correll.

He is survived by: 1 son, Billy Correll, Jr. of Monticello, KY; his long-time companion, Verna Lee Vaughn. He is also survived by: 4 step sons, William Stewart, Roy Ed Vaughn, Bill Ray Vaughn, and Lee Vaughn; and 7 step daughters, Tina Hines, Patty Hunley, Louise Coffey, Janice Vaughn, Mary Sue Dishman, Gloria Vaughn, and Linda Bridgeman; 12 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren;along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 5 – 9 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 25, 2010 at 1 pm at the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home with Bro. Anson Perkins officiating. Burial will be in Elk Spring Cemetery.
