Billie Cooper was born October 15, 1992 and departed this life Saturday, October 24, 2020 reaching the age of 28 years. She was the daughter of Anna Mae Cooper and the late Billy Guy Coffey.
In addition to her mother, Anna Mae Cooper, she is survived by: her fiancé, Roy Strunk, Jr.; two daughters, Adrian Allene Hancock and Skyler Jo Strunk; and four sisters, Valerie Cooper, Ashley Cooper, Cynthia Johnson and Angela Phillips; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 29, 2020 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 29, 2020 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Hilltop Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to: Billie Cooper Memorial Fund, c/o Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home
Due to the current COVID-19 situation and upon recommendations from the Governor's Office for Funeral Homes, there will be some restrictions for service attendance. You are asked to please wear a mask or facial covering and observe the social distancing guidelines. No communal food or drinks are allowed at this time.
