Beulah Tucker Denney was born September 23, 1929 in Denney, KY and departed this life December 6, 2014 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was the daughter of Schuyler Tucker, Sr. and Virda Vaughn Tucker who precedes her in death.

Beulah married Estil Denney on April 2, 1947 and to this union four children were born; Larry Larue (Ruby Jo) Denney of Grant County, Helen (Winfrey) Hurt and Edith Ball of Monticello, KY. One son, Barry Denney, a son-in-law, Macky Ball, and a grandson, Larry Dewayne Denney precedes her in death.

She leaves behind 5 granddaughters, Chasidy (Darin) Chriswell, DeAnna (Kim) Worley, Kendra (Phillip) Cooper, Kenita (Blake) Gibson, and Rebecca (Jarrod) Sumner; great grandchildren, Brennan, Brylee, and Braylon Chriswell, Kaeden Worley, Autumn Gregory, Landon, Matilynn, Kinsley, and Carson Cooper, Ethan Gibson, Jase Sumner, Greg, Jake, and Samantha Denney; one great-great granddaughter, Madison Jo Denney.

Beulah is survived by one sister, Zella Stumbaugh, two brothers, G. C. & Schuyler Tucker, Jr.; along with several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brothers, Coolidge and Romer Tucker; and her sisters, Elvena Coffey and Pearl Barnett.

Beulah had professed her faith in Christ at a young age at First Turkey Creek Baptist Church. At the time of her passing she was a faithful member of Faith United Baptist Church.

She was a member of the Contented Heart Quilt Club.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, December 9, 2014 after 5pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at 1pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
