Betty Jean Crabtree was born February 4, 1936 and departed this life Saturday, June 4, 2022 reaching the age of 86 years. She was the daughter of the late Noble and Geneva Anderson.

She married Harvey Crabtree and to this union 5 children were born.

She is survived by: five children, David Crabtree, Donald Crabtree (Betty), James Crabtree & Todd Crabtree (Vicky) and Loretta Francis (Jeff); three grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. She is also survived by:  four sisters, Jean Calahan, Trula Malone, Barbara Stanford, and Ruth Ann Lee; and three brothers, Bill Anderson, Rick Anderson and Johnny Lee; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Noble and Geneva Anderson, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Harvey Crabtree; two brothers, Harold Anderson and Kenny Anderson; and one sister, Brenda Anderson.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 8, 2022 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the New Sandusky Cemetery.
