BERLIN SMITH, age 89, formerly of Monticello, passed away Friday, August 12, 2005 at Thomson – Hood VA Center in Wilmore, KY.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 14 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 15 at 3 pm in the funeral home chapel. Burial will be at the Spann Hill Cemetery.
Visitation: Sunday, August 14 after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Monday, August 15 at 3 pm
Interment: Spann HIll Church Cemetery
