Barbara Sue Stringer was born May 10, 1951 and departed this life Tuesday, May 17, 2022 reaching the age of 71 years. She was the daughter of the late Herbert and Myrtle (Brown) Stringer.

She is survived by: her daughter, Misty (Anthony) Rednour; one special son, Billy Hendrickson. She is also survived by:  one sister, Shirley McGuire; and four brothers, Paul (Debbie) Stringer, Randall Stringer, Gerald Stringer, and David (Debbie) Stringer; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Herbert and Myrtle Stringer, she was preceded in death by: one grandchild, Riley Chase Rednour; one sister, Judy Lynn Young; and one brother, Larry Stringer.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, May 24, 2022 between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 25, 2022 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Parnell Baptist Church Cemetery.
