Audrey Pearl Stephens was born March 22, 1935, and departed this life Tuesday, April 11, 2023, reaching the age of 88 years. She was the daughter of the late Ernie and Ollie (Denney) Walker.

She is survived by: one son, Joe T. Stephens (Brandy); two daughters, Connie Huffaker (Robert) and Twyla Foster (Glen, dec.); three grandchildren, Tera Dawn Bertram, Erin Roberts, and Reeve Stephens; and two great grandchildren, Camden and Wesley Roberts; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Ernie and Ollie Walker, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Joseph Reeve Stephens; one daughter, Deborah Stephens; and twin siblings at birth.

A special thank you to her caregiver, Rhonda Decker, for providing such great care.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 15, 2023, between 12 pm – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023, at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
