Artie Watson was born October 15, 1932 and departed this life Tuesday, July 01, 2014 reaching the age of 81 years. She was the daughter of the late Henry William Tucker and Tilda Ann Morrow.

She is survived by: siblings, Jr., Carlie, and Clyde Tucker; one sister, Chloe Roberts; her friend, Frank Simpson; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Elbert Watson; brothers, Noel, Bonnie, Wendell, James, and Schyler Tucker; and sisters, Tammy Tucker and Ollie Maxwell.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 2nd, 2014 after 4:30pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 3rd, 2014 at 10am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Tucker Cemetery.
