Arnold Stinson was born August 25, 1936 and departed this life Thursday, February 13, 2014 reaching the age of 77. He was the son of the late Cora (Stinson) Bertram.

He is survived by: his wife, Lillie Stinson; three sons, Donny, Tommy, and Bobby Stinson; one daughter, Elaine Hicks; one step son, Jerry Hancock; two step daughters, Ann Hicks and Sue Thompson; seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. He is also survived by: two sisters, Evelyn Morgan and Maxine Bertram; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his mother, Cora Bertram, he was preceded in death by: one sister, Zella "Pauline" Burnett; and one grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 15, 2014 from 5 – 9 pm in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be Sunday, February 16, 2014 at 2 pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Dishman Cemetery.
