Arlin Neal was born October 13, 1919 and departed this life Thursday, November 27, 2008 reaching the age of 89 years. He was the son of the late Winfred Isaac Neal and Helen Winfrey Sullivan Neal.

He is survived by: 3 sons- Arlin Wayne Neal of Camden, SC, Ronald Glen Neal of New Castle, IN, and Randall Isaac Neal of Monticello, KY, 3 daughters- Carolyn Matthews-Neely and Sandra Kaye Morgan both of Monticello, KY, and Victoria Rains of Middleton, IN, 13 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. He is also survived by: 2 sisters- Susie Weston and Golden Wallen both of Monticello, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents- Winfred and Helen, he was preceded in death by: his wife- Frances, 3 brothers- Vester, Osby, and Homer Neal, 3 sisters- Virgie Wallen, Elba Hancock, and Frances Barnes.

He was a loving father, grandfather, brother, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew him.


Visitation: Sunday, November 30th after 5 pm
Funeral Service: Monday, December 1st at 1 pm
Interment: Cabell Grove Cemetery
