Obituary
Annie Woody Patton was born September 24, 1922 and departed this life Thursday, September 26, 2013 reaching the age of 91. She was the daughter of the late Robert and Etter (Crabtree) Woody.
She is survived by: 1 sister, Nancy Bell; several nieces and nephews; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
In addition to her parents, Robert and Etter Woody, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Jesse M. Patton; 1 brother, Al Woody; and 2 sister, Estelle Massengale and Gertrude Cardot.
The family will receive friends on Friday, Sept. 27th from 5-8 pm in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be Saturday, Sept. 28th at 1 pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
The Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
