Anna Lou McGuire was born June 10, 1952 and departed this life Sunday, October 5, 2014 reaching the age of 62 years. She was the daughter of the late Millard and Dorie (Daniels) Dishman.

She married James Carl McGuire and to this union two children were born.

She is survived by: her husband, James Carl McGuire; two daughters, Angel McGuire and Angela Brown; and five grandchildren, Madison Brown, Jasmine, Caleb, Natalie, and Madison Prince. She is also survived by: five sisters, Dolly Catron, Wilma "Jean" Catron, Olly Faye Palm, Rita Carter, and Charlotte "Jo" Martin; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Millard and Dorie Dishman, she was preceded in death by: one brother, Danny Dishman.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 10, 2014 after 11am in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 10, 2014 at 2pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
