Anna Louise Lashley was born April 9, 1939 and departed this life Friday, August 10, 2018 reaching the age of 79 years. She was the daughter of the late Woodrow Acrey and Gleeda Delphia (Carter) Troxell.

She is survived by: one son, Glen Lashley (Donna); daughter, Brenda Smith (Eddie); and six grandchildren, Jennifer Dobbs (Lance), Kristi Gregory, Latisha Lashley, Alexander Smith, Nicholas Smith and Treygan Smith; and seven great grandchildren. She is also survived by:  brother, Charlie Acrey (Jane); sister, Jurldeen Ward (Fred); half-brother, Bobby Smith (Becky); and half-sister, Geneva Ruth Barlow (Tom); along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Jack Lashley; and one great grandson, Drake O'Neil Sartain.

She was a member of the Monticello Church of the Nazarene.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 12, 2018 between 1 pm – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 12, 2018 at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Taylor's Grove Cemetery.
