Anna Faye Roberts Burnette was born on March 12, 1948 in Rittner, KY to the late Luther Auburn and Stella Mae (Phillips) Roberts, and departed this life on February 16, 2014 in Monticello, KY having reached the age of 65 years.

On May 4th, 1964 she was united in marriage to Conley Burnette whom survives her, and to this union one son, Ronald (Teresa) Burnette also survives. In addition to her husband and son she is survived by: two grandsons, Jordon & Marcus Burnette; one granddaughter, Whitney (Jesus) Alvarey; one great grandson, Daniel Alvarey; 3 sisters, Hazel Bryant, Gladys South, Ruby Ellis; and 5 brothers, Donald, Clayton, Bob, Kay, and David Roberts.

She is preceded in death by: 2 sisters, Betty Perry and Toni Litrell; and 4 brothers, Charlie, Arnold, Raymond, and Herbert Roberts.

Faye accepted Christ as her Lord and Savior many years ago and was a member of the Little Community Church.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, relative, and friend and will be missed by all her family and friends that loved her so much.



The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February, 18th, 2014 from 5-9pm in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be Wednesday, February, 19th, 2014 at 1 pm in the chapel of the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Elk Springs Cemetery.
