Anita Gregory was born October 18, 1970, and departed this life Friday, December 30, 2022, reaching the age of 52 years. She was the daughter of Lowell Gregory and the late Ella Mae Gregory.

She is survived by her father, Lowell Gregory; twin-sister, Rhoda Phillips (husband Denver); 1 brother, Billy Joe (Tammie) Gregory; sister-in-law, Angie Gregory; 7 nieces and nephews, Daniel Phillips, Kristy Gregory, Derrick Phillips, Roxanne Stevens, Brandy Vaughn, Tonya Vogan, and Ella Gregory; 15 great nieces and nephews with 1 on the way; along with a host of family and friends who mourns her passing.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Ella Mae Gregory; 1 sister, Paula Kay Gregory; and 5 brothers, Brian, Jeffery Lowell, Tracy, Tommy Dean, and Jimmy Dale Gregory

Anita was a long-time member of the Cedar Grove Baptist Church.

She was a loving daughter, sister, aunt, relative, and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.

The family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, between 5 pm – 8 pm at Cedar Grove Baptist Church.  Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2023, at 1 pm at Cedar Grove Baptist Church. Burial will be in the Bud Gregory Cemetery.
