Obituary
ALMA JOYCE BAKER GREGORY was born January 28th, 1925 in Cincinnati, Ohio and departed this life Friday, May 23rd, 2003, reaching the age of 78 years.She was the daughter of the late Melvin and Mae Baker.
She was united in marriage to James Alford Gregory and to this union three children were born.
She is survived by three daughters-Helen Brown and Jean Brown, both of Monticello, KY and Anna Raleigh of Burnside, KY. She is survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
She is also survived by four sisters-Evelyn Tucker, Alta West, Hattie West and Shirley Abbott, all of Monticello, KY, along with several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and two brothers-Kenneth and Ralph Baker.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, relative and friend and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Visitation: The family will receive friends after 5 PM on Sunday, May 25th, 2003 in the chapel.
Funeral Service: The funeral service will be Monday, May 26th at 1 PM in the chapel of the Marvin S. Hicks Funeral Home.
Interment: Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
