IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Allison Grace
Brianna Scott
June 19, 2015 – July 26, 2023
Allison Grace Brianna Scott went home to be with the Lord on July 26, 2023. She was very proud to tell everyone that she was a BIG 8 years old now.
Alli was born June 19, 2015, to Brian Scott and Peggy Nicole Burnette. Alli will be forever loved and missed by her parents; brothers and best friends, Nathaniel and Noah Scott; her Pop and Nan, Rob & Sindy Trammell; Nana Peggy Burnette; Granny Betty Trammell; Mamaw Nellie Burnette; Papaw Charlie Jones; Uncle Austin Trammell; Aunt Kellie Trammell; Uncle Jeremy & Aunt Rebecca Burnette; Aunt Melissa Piercy; cousins Ethan Burnette, Desirae Burnette, and Madelynne Piercy; as well as a large extended family that she loved greatly. She was blessed with a multitude of friends who will miss her deeply, as well.
Alli Grace was welcomed into Heaven by her Poppy Edward Burnette, as well as, her Great Grandpas, Jack Gregory, Hank Trammell, and Carl Burnette and Great Grandmas, Dean Jones and Alpha Kay Gregory.
Alli loved her family fiercely, always welcoming them and asking for hugs. Her mommy and her daddy were her favorite people in her whole world. She was her mommy's shadow; always telling stories and jokes, singing 90's pop music, and making "YouTube" videos on her mommy's phone. She greeted her daddy outside on the concrete everyday with a huge smile and hugs, asking for a ride on the SXS or lawn mower, or time in "their" building watching tv or drawing. Her brothers were her best friends and playmates, whether they were playing video games, soccer, riding bikes, or playing pretend you could always hear her giggles as she pestered them.
Grace also loved spending time with her grandparents. From attending church and thrift shopping with her Nana Peggy to swimming, riding in the woods, and playing tricks on her Nan Sindy and Pop Rob. She could convince any of them into whatever adventure she dreamed up. Her aunts, uncles, and all her cousins across the family were special to her. She was especially close to her girl cousins, as all she ever asked for was a sister to play with. Alli Grace was full of spunk and sass with nicknames to match her personality. She had the biggest, brightest smile and funniest personality; her strength was unmatched.
When Alli wasn't spending time with her family she loved attending church at Monticello Baptist Tabernacle. She loved singing in the choir with her Nana Peggy and learning about Jesus in Sunday School. She loved to draw and paint and tie-dye t-shirts with Nan Sindy and making Pop Rob take them shopping.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, August 6, 2023,beginning at 5:00 PM EST. Funeral services will be held on Monday, August 7, 2023 at 1:00 PM EST at the Hick-Vaughn Chapel. Final resting place will be the Obie Dobbs Cemetery.
