Allie Mae Decker was born May 10, 1932 and departed this life Friday, October 21, 2016 reaching the age of 84 years. She was the daughter of the late Charlie Sullivan and Nina Brown.

She is survived by: one brother, William "Bill" Brown; one step daughter, Dona Fite; one step grandson, Damein; three step granddaughters, Emily, Erin and Jacqueline; and 7 step great-grandkids; several nieces and nephews; and her little dog, Rusty; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by: her husband, Chester Decker; one stepson, Eugene Decker; two brothers, Sherril Brown and Charlie "Doodle" Brown; and three sisters, Betty Kennedy, Myrtle Stringer, and Frances Brown.


The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 after 5 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 27, 2016 at 2:30 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Decker Cemetery.
