Allen William Vrooman was born March 26, 1963 in Hudson, New York and departed this life Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Jewish Hospital in Louisville, KY. He was 58 years of age.

Allen is the son of the late Leeland and Alice Vrooman.

He is survived by: one daughter, Crystal Unique Amador Morales; one niece, Jessica Lynn Vrooman; two nephews, Jeremy and William Bermel; one great nephew, William Ray Vrooman, Jr.; one great niece, Angel Lee Marie Vrooman; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his only brother, Matthew Michael Vrooman; one sister-in-law, Darlene Lee Vrooman; and one great nephew, Matthew Allen Vrooman.

He always enjoyed talking to his daughter, Crystal on the phone and writing her letters. He read his Bible daily. He enjoyed listening to music, walking, hanging out with his family and friends when his health allowed him to do so.

He will be sadly missed by his family, friends and all who knew him.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, October 10, 2021 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Isaac Tucker Cemetery.
