Alice Faye Stout was born June 29, 1941 and departed this life Sunday, February 16, 2020 reaching the age of 78 years. She was the daughter of the late Kelsay and Alpha (Baker) Foster.

She married Jimmy Williams and to this union five children were born.

She is survived by: two sons, Mike Williams and Blane Williams; six grandchildren, Alicia Williams, Shawna Williams, Brandon Williams, William Hicks, Stephanie Hicks, and Leah Evans; and three great grandchildren, Brayden and Cabryn Ping, and Hazel Williams. She is also survived by: one sister, Barbara Sue Russell; and one brother, David Foster; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents, Kelsay and Alpha Foster, she was preceded in death by: her first husband, Jimmy Williams; second husband, Lawrence "Red" Stout; three daughters, Joy Williams, Anna Jean "Jeanie" Williams, and Patricia "Trish" Hicks; one grandchild, Morgan Daniel Williams; brothers Johnny, Jim "Fuzz", Junior, and Robert "Bob" Foster; and sisters, Grace Davis and Martha Louise Keeton and four infant sisters.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 22, 2020 between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home.  Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 22, 2020 at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
