Alice Brummett was born March 1, 1948 and departed this life Wednesday, December 17, 2008 reaching the age of 60 years. She was the daughter of the late Cecil and Bessie (Phipps) Bell.

She is survived by: her husband- Bill Brummett of Monticello, KY, 1 daughter- Leslie Wright of Sneedville, TN, and 1 grandchild- Andrew Brummett. She is also survived by: 2 sisters- Carol Jones of Monticello, KY and Mary Patton of Louisville, KY; along with a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.

In addition to her parents- Cecil and Bessie Bell, she was preceded in death by: 3 sisters- Sue Crabtree, Joyce Massengale, and Deloris Bell, and 1 brother- Oscar Bell.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, relative and friend who will be sadly missed by all who knew her.


Visitation: Friday, December 19th after 5:30 pm
Funeral Service: Saturday, December 20th at 1 pm
Interment: Elk Spring Cemetery
